1. Download and fill out the application form or visit Greenfield office in Paseo Outlets.

2. Provide the following documents and send it to gdc.stickering@gdcstg.franciaim.net
- Scanned filled-out form
- Updated vehicle’s O.R. and C.R.
- Bank transaction slip
- Additional attachment (Refer to the back of application form)
The acknowledgement and the schedule of sticker releasing will be sent to the email registered in the application form.
3. Pay the fee at any BPI branch (Php 3,000 per vehicle).
- Go to BPI Express Assistant (BEA) Machine
- Select “Bills Payment”
- Select “Other Merchants”
- Type “STICKER + Name of Client” (ex. “STICKERDELACRUZJUAN”)
- Proceed to the counter and inform the teller that you will be paying for Greenfield Development Corporation.
4. Proceed to Greenfield Satellite Office at Paseo Outlets on your designated schedule for the release of your sticker.
